Privacy policy

Clear privacy rules for a private AI infrastructure project.

This page explains what data may be collected through the OPA website, why it is used, and how visitors can keep control.

01

Data controller

Data controller for this website: Tom Cheniaux, Liège, Belgium, operating the OPA / onpremisai.be project. Contact for privacy requests: info@tomcheniaux.tech.

02

Data collected

The contact form can collect name, company, work email, estimated number of AI users, area of interest and message content. Optional analytics can collect anonymous page views, CTA clicks, configurator events, language changes and consent status.

03

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer requests, prepare commercial discussions, size private AI infrastructure, secure the website, measure consented analytics and improve content. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest for basic operations, and consent for optional analytics.

Retention

Contact requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related business follow-up. Local analytics data is limited to the latest 500 events in the visitor browser unless a first-party analytics endpoint is configured later. Consent choices remain stored so the site can respect the visitor preference.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of their personal data. Requests can be sent to info@tomcheniaux.tech. Visitors may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority if they believe their rights are not respected.

No sensitive AI data requested

Do not submit confidential documents, secrets, source code, credentials, health data or sensitive internal information through the public form. Detailed customer information should be exchanged only through an agreed secure channel.
