These terms apply to use of onpremisai.be and to preliminary discussions about OPA private AI infrastructure services.
The website may be used to discover the OPA offer, estimate an infrastructure scenario and request contact. Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems or submit unlawful, confidential or sensitive data through public forms.
Configurator estimates, website descriptions and email exchanges do not by themselves create a binding sale, service contract or investment agreement. Any deployment, integration, support or investment arrangement must be confirmed in a written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Prices, savings, break-even estimates, timelines and technical architectures are indicative. Final scope depends on user count, workload, data sources, security constraints, hardware availability, energy requirements and integration complexity.
OPA may include needs analysis, hardware sizing, server procurement assistance, private AI runtime deployment, model configuration, document search/RAG setup, network integration, training and maintenance. Exact deliverables, responsibilities, warranties, support levels and payment terms must be specified in a project-specific contract.
